General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

SAS Utilitech Distribution - Euro Airwheel


1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") are offered by the company SAS Utilitech Distribution, operating under the trade name Euro Airwheel, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés under the number SIREN 988 487 054, whose registered office is located at 21 rue de Flore, 95610 Éragny, France.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of Airwheel brand electric suitcases offered by the company to individual consumers via the official website.

These sales are open to residents of theEuropean Union and Switzerland.
Sales to professionals can be made, but only outside the website, according to specific terms agreed on a case-by-case basis.

The use of the site and the placing of any order imply the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.


2. Product information and prices

2.1 Description of products
Each product offered on the site is the subject of a description sheet detailing its essential characteristics. Photographs and illustrations are provided for information only.

2.2 Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and may request a refund or an exchange.

2.3 Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are specified before the order is confirmed.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.

2.4 Price changes
Prices are subject to change at any time, but the prices applied are those in force at the time the order is placed.


3. Controls

3.1 Process
The customer can purchase as aguest without creating an account.

  5. Validation of the order after acceptance of the T&Cs

3.2 Validation
Validation implies acceptance of the price, the products and the GCS. A confirmation e-mail is sent.

3.3 Refusal
The company may refuse an order for legitimate reasons (previous dispute, suspicion of fraud, etc.).


4. Terms of payment

4.1 Payment accepted: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) via a secure service provider.
4.2 Debit: made immediately after validation.
4.3 Security: bank data encrypted and not stored by the company.
4.4 Refusal: any transaction refused will result in the cancellation of the order.


5. Delivery

5.1 Zones: EU and Switzerland.
5.2 Carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD.
5.3 Delivery times: 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
5.4 Charges: specified at time of order.
5.5 Receipt: checked by customer, reported within 48 hours in the event of anomaly.


6. Right of withdrawal and returns

6.1 Legal period
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.

6.2 Procedure
The customer must notify his decision by e-mail to [your e-mail], specifying the order number.
The product must be returned complete, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

6.3 Return costs
Return costs are at the customer's expense.

6.4 Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same method of payment as was used to place the order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been excessively used or damaged.


7. Legal warranties

7.1 Warranty of conformity
The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code).

7.2 Warranty against hidden defects
The seller remains liable for hidden defects rendering the product unfit for its intended use (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).


8. Liability

The company cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the product or technical incompatibility.
In the event of force majeure (strike, disaster, computer breakdown, etc.), performance of the contract may be suspended.


9. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, images, logos, trademarks) are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.


10. Personal data

The information collected is necessary to process orders and is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).

11. Applicable law and settlement of disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
