1. Delivery

1.1 Service areas

We deliver throughout theEuropean Union and Switzerland.

1.2 Carriers

Shipments are made via Colissimo, Chronopost or DPD, depending on the customer's choice at the time of ordering or on service availability.

1.3 Delivery times

Average delivery times are 3 to 6 working days from dispatch of the order.
These times are given for information only and may vary in the event of force majeure, peak periods or logistical problems beyond our control.

1.4 Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the time of ordering, according to the delivery method chosen and the destination.

1.5 Order tracking

As soon as the parcel is dispatched, the customer is given a tracking number so that he can follow its progress.

1.6 Receiving the package

The customer must check the condition of the parcel on receipt.
In the event of damage or missing product, the customer must make precise reservations with the carrier and inform us within 48 hours by e-mail to [your e-mail].
After this period, any claim may be refused.


2. Returns and right of withdrawal

2.1 Legal deadline

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the individual customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for his decision.

2.2 Return procedure

To exercise this right, the customer must :

  1. Notify your request by e-mail to [your e-mail address], specifying the order number.

  2. Return the complete, unused product, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, to the address indicated in our reply.

2.3 Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

2.4 Refunds

Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the one used to make the purchase.

2.5 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • Damaged or incomplete products

  • Products that have been used in a manner incompatible with their normal use


3. Defective or non-conforming products

If the product delivered is defective or does not conform to the order, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [your e-mail address] with supporting photos.
After validation, an exchange or refund will be offered, including the cost of return if the non-conformity is confirmed.
